Originally from Michigan, JoAnn Brandon has been a full- time resident of south Florida for over 10 years. Her career in sales started just after college with luxury new construction homes and later calling on the big 3 automotive manufacturers. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, searching for your dream home, vacation property or downsizing~ your home is very important to her. JoAnn prides herself on listening to her clients’ needs and believes honesty, integrity and perseverance is always a winning combination. JoAnn draws from her 35 years of sales experience and her genuine desire to help people when guiding her clients through the sales process. In her free time, she enjoys interior design, cooking, organizing events, exercising and playing with her two dogs.
